CondoEngineer.com is owned and maintained by Noblin & Associates, LC.  We are a consulting civil engineering firm that specializes in building envelope technology and the repair and restoration of existing buildings and other structures.

Noblin & Associates was founded in 1991 by Registered Professional Engineer, Ralph Noblin, and has two office locations which serve Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, as well as greater New England.  Noblin & Associates has consulted at over 1,000 condominium associations in  New England.
